For the last couple of weeks I have been working on some ideas to follow on from my How I Organise My Blog post. So many of you asked for me to send you over my template for what I use to keep me on track, and also some people mentioned that they preferred something on paper and not on a spreadsheet. And sometimes you just have to give the people want they want, right? And what they want is a website Free Printable Blog Planner.
So over the last couple of weeks between my holiday, Christmas and work I have cobbled together a spreadsheet template and a free printable blog planner for FREE download. I didn’t want to mention this on social media, in case I got stressed and gave up, but after about 20 hours of work, copious amounts of coffee and a lot of swear words they are ready for you to try out.
This comes in Excel format (sorry Mac users, I know your pain) and is basically what I use to keep track of all my posts, my stats and my blog finances for tax. As it’s an Excel download you can add and remove little bits here and there so it fits your needs, and also change the colours as not everyone loves my obsession with black and white. This has been kept pretty simple so you can make it right for you.

Post Schedule, Weekly Stats, Monthly Stats, Tweet Schedule, Post Checklist, Weekly to do List, Finances,
I really wish I could have these printed professionally and bound in to pretty looking binders but for now the printing and binding is in your hands. There are monthly sheets and weekly sheets so you can print as many or as few as you want and for your planning style. There is also no particular order to the planner so that you can jumble it up to suit you. I have also included a blank sheet at the back to include any doodles, mind mapping or general scribblings. Again the whole planner has been kept pretty simple in terms of colour, but there are 2 versions; a plain bold written one, and the exact same one but with ‘bloggier’ headers on the pages, so feel free to mix and match.
I am going to use mine with lots of washi tapes, colourful post it notes and little stickers to really make it stand out, plus pop it in a pretty binder too – now to decide which pages I want or if I want them all (tag me in pics of how you use yours or use #BlogDomination)

All I ask is that you do not copy, reproduce and alter my planner designs or use them for commercial use/gains. If you want to link them on your blog that would be great, but please link this post and not the downloadable content links. To try stop any copyright issues I have placed my blog address at the footer of each page whilst they are still free, if these become bound and I charge for them later I will remove this.
I really hope you find the spreadsheet and free printable blog planner handy, and if you have any questions, comments or ideas for pages feel free to comment on this post, email me or send me a tweet – I would LOVE your feedback to make the next version bigger, better and more user friendly. If they are a hit, who knows there could be full planners month by month with quotes and different styles.
